To stay healthy you need to exercise. How you can exercise is you can walk ,or run on the treadmill. Other ways you can stay healthy is you can eat healthy. Like eating apples,pears,and peaches. Also to stay healthy you can ride your bike,scooter,or you can ride your skateboard, or you can roller-blade. One last way is you can play around with your pets,parents,or siblings.
